                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                  GENERAL SLOPE EASEMENT FROM BRENDA BUCKBEE,
                  RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. RW-4-96, MOUNTAIN
                  CREEK ROAD REHABILITATION, TRACT NO. 3, FOR A
                  TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS
                  ($600.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a general slope easement from Brenda Buckbee, 
relative
       to Contract No. RW-4-96, Mountain Creek Road Rehabilitation, 
Tract
       No. 3, for a total consideration of $600.00
